How long until my Mark arrives?

Ships in 10–14 days from order. Production takes ~3 business days and shipping takes 7–10 business days — we'll email tracking as soon as it ships.

Where do you ship?

USA and Puerto Rico only — that's our zone for the Season 1 drop.

Why does it take that long?

Each batch is made-to-order in small first-season runs, so every Mark is freshly produced for you rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf.

Can I cancel before it ships?

Yes — reply to your order confirmation email before production starts (~3 business days after order) and we'll refund you. Once a tracking link is sent, the order is already in transit and can't be recalled.
